About Arbiter

The operations layer your fintech is missing.

Most fintechs build product fast and document nothing. Arbiter Operations changes that. We design and embed the QA, compliance, and operational infrastructure that growing fintechs need — and audit it the way a regulator would.

We work fractionally and AI-natively, which means senior operator thinking without the senior operator overhead. Whether it's a QA program built from scratch, an AUSTRAC posture assessment ahead of an audit, or an AI-readiness review for a board that's asking hard questions — we scope it, build it, and leave you running it.

Operating principles
How Arbiter works.
  • Operator-built.Methodology drawn from years inside regulated, multi-product fintechs — not consultancy frameworks.
  • Regulator-aware.Every engagement scoped against current AUSTRAC, OAIC, and APRA guidance, including the December 2026 ADM transparency rules.
  • AI-native.Claude-assisted drafting and analysis under zero-data-retention where available. The leverage is real and the data stays yours.
  • Fixed scope, fixed fee.Discovery, proposal, signed pack, delivery. No scope creep, no surprise invoices.
Services
